By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our services are provided to assist businesses in Singapore with growth consulting and mental wellness coaching. All content provided on our platform is for informational purposes and intended to facilitate professional growth.

We rely on you to ensure the accuracy and completeness of your Personal Data. If any of your Personal Data changes or is inaccurate, please update us promptly by contacting our Data Protection Officer (see Clause 13).

i) We retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws.
ii) When your Personal Data is no longer needed for legal or business purposes, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
11. Transfers of Personal Data Outside of Singapore
DOTJ is based in Singapore. If we transfer your Personal Data to a third-party service provider or platform located outside Singapore (for example, cloud-based tools or communication platforms), we will take steps to ensure that your Personal Data continues to receive a standard of protection comparable to that provided under the PDPA, and will obtain your consent where required.
12. Withdrawal of Consent
i) Your consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data remains valid until withdrawn by you in writing. You may withdraw your consent at any time by submitting a written request to our Data Protection Officer (see Clause 13).
ii) Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we will process it within ten (10) business days and notify you of the consequences, including any impact on our ability to continue delivering services to you.
iii) Please note that withdrawing your consent may affect our ability to provide certain services. We will inform you of this before completing the processing of your request.
iv) Withdrawing your consent does not affect our right to continue collecting, using, or disclosing Personal Data where permitted or required by applicable laws.
